For smaller accessories and electrical items, we ship Australia-wide via our trusted freight partners. You'll get tracking details once your order is dispatched. For larger items like trays and canopies, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We're based in Brisbane, so if you're in South East Queensland, delivery is typically quicker and more affordable. Got questions about freight to regional or remote areas? Give us a bell and we'll sort out the best option for you.

Absolutely. If you've chosen pickup, our team can book you in for a full installation at one our workshops or Installation Partners. We fit everything — trays, canopies, drawer systems, electrical setups, and accessories — so it all goes on right the first time. Once your order is confirmed, the assigned partner will be in touch to arrange your install.

The Lifetime Warranty covers structural defects in materials and workmanship across the Xtreme Series range of trays and canopies. If something fails because of how it was built — not how it was used — we'll fix it or replace it. Standard wear, accidental damage, and modifications outside our recommended specs aren't included.
