Fabricated from heavy-gauge aluminium right here in Australia, every Xtreme Series tray is precision-cut, hand-welded, and finished to last a lifetime of hard use — on the worksite, the track, or 1,000km from the nearest town.

Heavy-Duty Aluminium Construction
Fabricated from laser-cut 3mm, 4mm, 8mm and 10mm aluminium plate, the Xtreme Series is built to handle whatever you throw at it — corrugated outback tracks, loaded work setups, or fully kitted touring rigs. Every weld is TIG and MIG finished and sanded flush for a clean, factory-quality result.
Unistrut Modular System
Designed to grow with you. The Unistrut mounting system lets you add accessories — toolboxes, racks, canopies — at any stage without drilling or modifying the tray.
Ready for the Road
Maxilamp LED tail, reverse, and number plate lights come standard. Model-specific chassis mounts with fully-welded base plates ensure a solid, rattle-free fit.

Yes — the Xtreme Series is compatible with TDI's range of aluminium canopies and is designed with the Unistrut modular system so accessories can be fitted at any stage.

The tray chassis comes standard in a textured powder coat. A 2Pac colour-coded finish matched to your vehicle's factory paint code is available as an upgrade.
